Summer Special:
Children’s Physicals

Saint Xavier University’s Health Center is offering reduced-cost comprehensive physicals for school-aged children at $30 this summer from May through September by appointment.

Family nurse practitioners will be available to perform physicals for children 18 years old and younger for sports, camp and school. Parents must provide a copy of the child’s immunization record. Immunizations are available for an additional fee.

New Student Immunization Records

All incoming undergraduate students are required to submit a compliant Certificate of Immunity by September 10, 2010. For a complete description of what is needed, and to download the form, please click here.

Student Health Insurance

The University requires that all full- and part-time undergraduate students enrolled in any University program be covered under a health insurance plan.

Children Lead Screening Program
